The YWCA World Service Council is breaking with tradition by holding its 99^th annual meeting Friday, June 7 at 2.45 p.m. in conjunction with the YWCA USA’s Conference in Washington, DC.  Our guest speaker will be former World YWCA General Secretary Musimbi Kanyaro who served for 10 years as the leader of the global movement.

We are happy to be engaging with our YWCA USA sisterhood at this conference to hear from a variety of speakers on relevant topics and receive updates on initiatives stateside and around the globe.

Many of you might be interested in attending the whole conference that runs June 5-8, but, if time is an issue, we hope to see you all June 7 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel for our annual meeting.
